  • Abstract
    This paper presents a brief analysis of shallow water wind environment. On the basis of the marine environment and the platform serviced in ChengDao ShengLi Oil Field the Yellow River Delta, discussion and calculation of using offshore oil platform to fan foundation are performed. The effectively use of aged platforms are not only meet the standard of the environmental but also save the cost of wind power generation. An example of aged platform finite element analysis calculation for wind power generation is given. And some useful results are obtained. The methods proposed by the authors have some practical value for wind power generation and guiding significance for offshore platform disposal.
