  • Abstract
    Lower cost, lower requirements of working conditions and simple preparation process are the characteristics of hydrothermal method. So it became the most promising method in lots of preparation methods. TiO2 nano flower was simply synthetized by hydrothermal method, and photoelectric performance of dye sensitized solar cells (DSSC) which was prepared by nano flower film was preliminary researched in this paper. The influence to DSSC of coating thickness, including photoelectric conversion efficiency, open-circuit voltage, short circuit current, ultimate output and the fill factor was studied through the control of film thickness in this experiment.
