Abstract :
The theory and technology of information management have deficiencies in the management of implicit knowledge and people, so they may put too much emphasis on technology and tacit information when used in the management of educational resources. Being different from information management, knowledge management regards people, process and technology as three interrelated elements and keeps them in a state of balance. The advanced technology of knowledge management can help us build a dynamic knowledge flow of educational resources. In this paper, the author put forward an optimizing strategy model for an educational resources sharing environment. According to this model, the author gave appropriate strategies for tacit resources and implicit ones and divided the knowledge management process of educational resources into seven phases.
