Abstract
Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

We analysis traditional electric-silicothermic process in ferroalloy smelt, introduce the Argon Oxygen ferroalloy refining new technology, we establish AOD stove smelting ferroalloy forecast model which based on nutural network.. then we use Quasi-Newton algorithm train network, we simulated it with matlab. Simulation results show that the method can be used for the actual smelting procession.
