Design and development of mobile learning resources based on learning object

Learning Object represents a sort of reusable digital instructional component. Being a new type of instructional component, which grounded in the object-oriented paradigm of programming, Learning Object has great values of application. This paper combines the Learning Object and instructional design theory to design and develop mobile learning resources which is reusable, sharable and interoperable, and which can be aggregated, sequenced, and tagged by metadata, so as to provide a new way for the sharing , reusing and flexibly recombining mobile learning content.
