Abstract :
Optical coherence tomography (OCT) is a powerful tool for three-dimensional (3D) and non-invasive investigation of eye. Polarization sensitive OCT (PS-OCT) is an extension of OCT and which provides birefringence tomography of in vivo tissue. The tissue birefringence is known to be strongly related to the microscopic structures of the tissue, and hence it is useful for tissue contrast imaging.
