Abstract
The integral equation method is used for numerical modelling of metal-dielectric microwave devices. The model of a classic dielectric antenna is studied by adding a metal screen to a dielectric stem. The analysis of this antenna shows the necessity of taking into consideration the contributions of the disturbance domains and defining correctly the relative phase of the components of the characteristic of radiation.
