Distance learning platform as an effective carrier, which functional design and construction has a great impact on the quality of distance education. practice shows that online learning platform which functional design is reasonable, comprehensive and can offer good services can promote students independent study effectively. The article analyzed one of learning platform of Radio & Television university of Chinese, pointed its advantages and disadvantages, and in accordance with Holmberg\´s "guided talks" theory, the author form an service angle to conduct a distance learning support platform, aim to offer more two-way communication and good service for students.
