  • Abstract
    In order to realize Chinese Higher Education Information new spanning, people must be with innovative thinking, implement five strategies such as revolutionary breakthrough strategy, national feature strategy, system development strategy, top-level design strategy, public building and sharing strategy, and with emphasis on four initiatives: building subject information portal and subject network, implementing the engineering of academic information resources that "public building & sharing"; creating open professional teaching networks in universities, breaking the bottleneck of lacking high-quality teacher resources, promoting equity in education; Executing mutual recognition of credits on university and lifelong learning that web-based learning, building flyovers for lifelong learning; establishing CIO system, scientific lead information management and development.
