Abstract :
Conflict measurement is one of the key tasks for enterprises to manage conflict. However, the conflict-measurement indices among project managers under enterprises¿ multi-project are few available now. This paper proposes a model to outline ten dimensions including individual psychological expectation state, antagonism and organizational culture identification and 33 single indexes based on the documents of multi-project management and conflict management by the revised cluster evaluation. The index system can measure conflict systematically. This model can be used easily in decision-making by senior managers in enterprise.
