Research on English Reading Teaching Based on Expert System

According to the teaching and learning experience and problems in English Reading, this paper illustrates a set of solving project which is based on the Expert System, and a model is also built up under the guidance of the Expert System. The paper demonstrates several aspects about the general analysis and design, realization, and functional analysis of the System. This System is adopted the major and latest soft-hardware technologies, and is developed exploitation circumstance which is a high coupling, multi-concurrences Expert System. It transforms the traditional model to network, groupware and cooperation one. The new model, which is based on the abundant knowledge and experience of the Expert System, is useful for improving English reading teaching and learning quality in a short time using computer technology.
