Abstract
This paper describes a large-scale European Union-co-funded partnership in the broad field of microwave power amplifier design (TARGET) now running for nearly 4 years. The paper concentrates on aspects of cooperative research within the Network related to high frequency nonlinear modeling and characterization both at the device level and at the overall systems level.
