After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

Aiming at the risks of the real estate appraisal methods of subjectivity, easy handling high dimensional data, Projection Pursuit technique is proposed risk evaluation of real estate to reduce the dimension. And using the PSO algorithm to optimize the projection index function to establish the Projection Pursuit of Real Estate Risk Assessment Model witch is based on PSO. The model is high of objectivity and practical and provides a new risk assessment tool to the real estate.
