  • Abstract
    In this study, for increasing absorption of the active layer in bulk heterojunction (BHJ) organic solar cells (OSCs), we used surface Plasmon effect. For illustrating the results the model for proposed structure with Finite Difference Time Domain (FDTD) numerical method is investigated and optical properties are extracted.
