Abstract :
Information technology has an effectual role in academic learning. The numerous universities in world use it on traditional and electronic learning. Identification of effective parameters on offering eCourses is an important issue. Efficiency and effectiveness of custodian departments increase with this recognition. This paper is case study about situation of creating and offering eCourses in University of Tehran. At the first, Yi-Shun Wang framework - published at Information & Management - was selected and localized with expert viewpoints. Then, according to this framework, user satisfaction was evaluated by means of 3000 student´s opinion about 6 eCourses.
