Abstract :
In this paper, a multi-band flat two element array smart antenna with compact size for mobile phone is proposed. The antenna is composed of a two element array antenna; the dimension of the proposed antenna element is only 28mm (length), 11mm (height), 0.1mm (thickness). Some important parts of radiation performance such as a LCD module, a PCB, antenna feed area, key board and EMI sheet are finely considered to model. It can be observed from the simulated results that the antenna can match in the multi-bands. And the simulation results of the radiation efficiency and Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) are presented to verify the accuracy of the simulation antenna model.
