Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

The computer networks experiment is practised in applied universities. Ii is necessary that the course of design thought should be established. Network software should be installed and experiment environment of network devices should be built perfectly. The teacher should design the comprehensive experiment contents and use bilingual teaching. The purpose is to cultivate network technology engineers with high quality, and then they will serve the construction of district´s economy better.
