After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

This paper empirically analyzed determining factors of expatriates´ willingness to repatriate from China´s enterprises of operating across border, the results suggested expatriates´ willingness to repatriate are correlation with organization aid and support, career management, expatriate task types, organization scale and culture. Expatriates´ willingness to repatriate has not positive significant effect on organization aid and support, career management, but has positive significant effect on expatriate task types, organization scale and culture. It could provide decision support for repatriate management in China.
