Abstract
This paper presents a method of teaching English, based on the technology of multi-media, mobile facility. This method is based on individualized system of instruction (ISI), which can be used on other subjects learning. The platform is an application on the Web-based diagnostic test evaluation and feedback adaptive learning system, aimed at teaching through information technology and content integration, a collection of learners study data and the use of the test, the learner\´s ability to learn and learning of the analysis, evaluation and feedback., the individualized system (also is called ISI), which is platform on modern pedagogy, psychology and theory and method of combining advanced Internet technology with traditional classroom teaching to each individual student, in the classroom under the targeted personalized testing, diagnosis and correction, the ultimate realization of "individualized education".
