Abstract :
Summary form only given.We present time-resolved degenerate four wave mixing (DFWM) experiments on an MQW Bragg structure that reveal a time-dependent radiation pattern of the nonlinear optical response from the superradiant and the subradiant exciton modes. All experiments were performed on an AlGaAs-GaAs MQW Bragg structure with 20-nm thin QWs at low temperatures.
