Abstract :
Fuzziness is one important property of the risk evaluation of the venture capital. Through analyzing the influencing factors of the risk assessment, the essay introduces risk assessment indicator system. Based on the analytic hierarchy process and the theory of intuitionistic fuzzy sets, the essay establishes a risk assessment model, and introduces the application processs by using an example which shows the practicality and validity of the method and also supplies scientific bases and references to the venture capitalists to make their investment decisions.
