Abstract :
In this paper, we propose an extensible development SOA-based platform that facilitates implementation of e-Learning systems. The platform has applied a service-oriented framework and model-driven architecture into the analysis, design, implementation and integration of e-Learning application, and makes e-Learning systems to be flexible and scalable enough to meet changing, complex and dynamic business requirements. It also supports the distance learning system in the complex processes and the integration of various learning resources services, which uses Web services technology and .NET Framework 3.0.
