Abstract :
There are many problems to be solved in ETC industry about its high frequency and technical difficulties. According to the present chip research at home and abroad and from the aspects of the power supply and the stability, technicians come up with a kind of ETC of integrated chip design and implementation and also put forward many advanced RF design scheme in view of the 5.8GHz high-speed frequency. They spare no efforts to manage level of integration, small volume and conformity with Chinese national standard. This kind of chip can promote the development of ETC industry of China in theory and practice.
