Abstract :
As we know, suspension springs are the most important parts in automobile chassis that its characteristic directly affects the stability of the suspension. According to the facts that the manufacture defects are produced by the influence of many factors, and each factor´s effect on defects is different. It is difficult to define the relation of factors to defects. So the wastrel economic responsibility can´t be carried out. In this paper, a kind of date model was put forward through embedded fuzzy theory into quality management of suspension spring, which determines the subjection function of each process with probability statistics approach. The responsibility of person or group is found out by procedure and it enhances the worker´s quality idea. This puts an end to the phenomena of waste mess in process.
