The Design and Application of Graphical Workflow Technology to Office System

This article elaborates a developing workflow technology which is applied to office system. After presenting the importance and function of workflow technology, the article elaborates how to design a complete office workflow by using Graphical workflow technology, in which enterprise workflow is categorized firstly, some different workflows are then created, the attribute of every working node is designed with Graphic designer, and lastly the automation of office workflow is achieved with the combination of system data tables and workflow engine. No doubt, it provides a more intuitive and convenient workflow technology for office workflow automation system.
