Abstract

In order to meet the learning need of teacher professional development, mobile learning resources and platform construction has attracted the attention of researchers. This paper researches mobile learning resource platform function, including teachers´ learning needs analysis, building and sharing resources, by the mobile terminal device, teachers obtain mobile learning resources through the form of mobile phone short message, page to browse and download on platform, interaction, and query resource.
