Abstract :
The logistics services have the general characteristics of a project, so logistics services can adopt project management (PM) method. However, traditional project management (TPM) can´t adapt to the changeable characteristics of logistics services. This article explains the reason that a new method of project management - adaptive project framework (APF) can be well adopted for logistics services, discusses the phases of APF applying in logistics services, points out the benefits of using APF in logistics services.
