Abstract :
The structural strength of the executive mechanism of excavator directly determines the whole performance, reliability and safety performance of the excavator. This paper aims to the executive mechanism, and establish the simulation model of excavator by using CAD and ANSYS. Then, the author simulates whole strength and single component strength of executive mechanism and analyze its strength change. Finally, the author finds out the best scheme to optimize the executive mechanism with the result of strength analysis.
