A chapter has been written for the next update of the Red Book, ANSI/IEEE Standard 141. The authors provide an abbreviated version of the chapter. This chapter provides a discussion of a plant´s interface considerations with its utility company for the planning, design, construction, and operation of industrial-type substations most commonly supplied by 15-230 kV class utility systems
