Abstract :
Aiming to the shell protection for the circuit, on the basis of analysising the relationship between the stress on passing the cover of protective shell and the least plastic flection stress, utilizing the principle of the wave front conservation, the equation is built to evaluate the impact resistance on protective shell, and the evaluation factor of the impact resistance can be extracted from this equation, by analysising and calculating ,the result reveals the material of shell and the structure influence on the impact resistance of protective shell,and simulating by ANSYS/LS-DYNA validate the legitimacy of the equation.
