After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

In this paper, Based on the nature of the interaction power controller, the unified expression of node equivalent and additional inject current and power is derived in condition of the node admittance matrix of original network is symmetry, which is used to fixing parameters of the interaction power controller in process of iteration. In order to achieve the minimum network loss, optimal loss of power system is conducted by using the interaction power controller. In the process of optimal parameters in this paper, the constraints of line flows and parameters of the interaction power controller are considered. The results of IEEE 5 system show that the model of this paper simple and function of the interaction power controller on controlling flows is effective, which strong engineering applications is existed.
