    After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE\´s Publication Principles.

    For a class of uncertain DEDS that its dynamic performance can be described with serial production streamlines, under the "process perturbation", the uncertain caused by perturbation of the system is transferred to the corresponding parameters, i.e. parameter-Dioid, for attaining the system state and tracing for controlled object, it can be implemented by a class of linear state feedback controller in the meaning of parameter-Dioid. Whether or not the "process perturbation" exists, it can "cancel" either by the substantial buffer capacity unsuitable matching to controlled object or by the jobs-flow blocking activity of the system without buffer, such that under the same parameter space, the referential system and the substantial controlled system have the same linear state space model with structure and robustness.
