Abstract
Using the Lyapunov method and LMI approach, the design method of a static output feedback controller, which achieves tracking, is presented. The LMIs can be easily solved by various efficient convex optimization algorithms. The proposed algorithm is tested on a simulated system, a vibrating gyrometer
