Abstract
A microstrip-feed patch antenna with three square-shape elements is proposed for road-vehicle communications. In order to improve the radiation patterns to be suitable for road- vehicle communications, a size of patch antenna element is set as same size. The proposed antenna is analyzed by using FDTD method, and is discussed for return loss characteristics and radiation patterns. It is understood that using three elements of same size is effective for road-vehicle communication.
