Abstract
A novel electric-field induced micro-swing poling technique was developed to fabricate quasi-phase-matched crystal fibers. Flat and poled-through domain period of 16.3 /spl mu/m was achieved with a diameter of less than 200 /spl mu/m and a diameter variation within 1%.
