Abstract :
Although the service industry has made rapid development and become an important force for Liaoning provincial economy, there are still some problems such as the contribution of the Services Sector to GDP is very low; the relatively low rate of productivity growth for the entire service sector; regional imbalance in service industry. Therefore, Government should increase the development of orientation and support services; focus on the development of producer services and innovative Consumer Services; strengthen the core city of the driving effect; promote the services liberalization; emphasis on the cultivation of talents.
