Considering the convenient internet and powerful advantage of net platform for internet operators and the demand of the platform for a DigitalCity system ,a new system of a digitalcity is proposed in this paper based on XML and Web Servises in the internet combining the market of traditional enterprise and the advantage of distribution with the net platform,simultaneously , illuminated the realization scheme.
