The Correlation Empirical Analysis of China´s Manufacturing Development Level and Personnel Training

Based on the development of the manufacturing industry in China at present, this article promulgates the manufacturing industry non-linkage phenomenon between the economic development level and the personnel training. Through the cointegration analysis of manufacture added value and the number of graduates relative coefficient, this paper makes that the two second-order cointegration relationship exists. The results of distributed lag model and the error correction model show that the linkage is stable in the long term, while the recent adjustment of the current value is not significant in the short term.
