Abstract :
In this paper, we present an ultra precise time dissemination system. This system is able to distribute a digital time reference signal over large areas (end points separated by few kilometres) with an absolute accuracy in the picosecond range. The transmission medium is a dispersion-shifted, single-mode optical fiber with a zero wavelength dispersion in the 1550 nm window
