Abstract
In last few years, anecdotal evidence of mostly positive experiences with the implementation of agile development has emerged from various case studies. This enables data gathering from a larger sample of organizations, to learn about the factors driving the adoption and use of agile practices, and their benefits and challenges as perceived by early adopters of this software development methodology. From the studies it´s discovered that present agile methodologies have some unsuitable practices. These practices can be revisited and thus a new model for agile methodology is proposed in this paper, which increases the productivity.
