Abstract :
Error-free all-optical amplitude and phase multiplexing is experimentally demonstrated based on nonlinearities in HNLF and EAM to simultaneously generate two 30-Gb/s RZ-8-APSK signals from input 10-Gb/s OOK and 20-Gb/s RZ-DQPSK in an all-optical manner.
