Abstract :
The paper presents a design process of reduction gear group of 15Kg.cm DC reduction servo motor, the methods of how to design the parameters of gears and shafts are given, mainly including the torque calculation, reduction ratio calculation and rotation speed calculation. The reduction gear group is of proper size, high strength, large reduction ratio, and be used in the drive of bionic robot.
