Abstract
Summary form only given. This presentation will cover our latest results in the following areas and describe the potential of nanotubes in electronics applications. (1) Controlled synthesis of nanotube structures on surface; patterned growth of nanotubes. (2) Nanoelectronics based on nanotube transistor arrays derived by chemical synthetic routes. Arrays of nanotube transistors for logic and ring oscillators will be presented. (3) Integration of high k zirconia dielectrics into nanotube transistors affording high performance nanotube transistors. The latest results on optimizing the performance of nanotube transistors will be presented.
