  • Abstract
    The nonlinear and dead-zone characteristics of proportional decompressing valve affect system´s quickness and stabilization, to reach the better performance of proportional decompressing valve´s in EHB system, the stabilization need to be improved, and the influence of dead-zone have to be limited. This paper presented the internal model control (IMC) and the deadzone compensation methods used in proportional decompressing valve based on system identification, through hardware-in-loop tests based on xPC platform, the control methods are validated.
