Abstract
Autophagy is a mechanism which protects cell itself from hypoxia, starvation and other adverse environments. It´s meaningful for cell survival. We observed the autophagy of tumor cells stimulated by heat shock in real-time with confocal laser scanning microscope system. The results showed that: heat shock induced autophagosomes in ASTC-a-1 cell are produced after 2 hours of recovery in 37degC.
