Study on Integrated Method of Files Management Based on Cooperative OA

For separation of traditional files management from business flow, the integrated method of files management based on cooperative OA is proposed. The browser / server, Internet collaborative office and files management are organically integrated. To a domestic institution, for example, using ASP + MS SQLServer2000 structure in combination with Ajax concept, the method is researched and a corresponding management system is developed. After user login system, through the sub-sets permissions operation, they can complete business chain tasks. At the same time, the information generated is managed by files-style management. The effect of trial operation for the integrated management system is obvious.
