Abstract :
In this paper we present a digital sliding-mode control for current regulation of power switching converters. Quasi-sliding characteristics of discrete-time sliding control are minimized by means a predictive strategy, that avoids continuous sampling action of inductor current. This predictive control strategy doesn´t need a previous knowledge of power switching converter parameters and keeps robust characteristics of classical sliding-mode current control.
