Abstract :
According as the practical demand of equipment mission description, this paper studied time order relation and reliability logical relation between equipment mission process, using Petri-Net process description method. On the basis of IDEF3 process modeling method, this paper extended its junction point types, and established several typical IDEF3 description models of equipment mission process, and analyzed mission success probability models of equipment. The research of these models can support capability evaluation and resource optimization allocation of equipment.
