Abstract :
This article aims at solving the problem to the design process of the requirement indexes weight for the marine power plant, and rough analytic hierarchy process was proposed to apply the calculation process to solve the ambiguity and uncertainty in the calculation process. Based on full analysis of the characteristics of rough analytic hierarchy process, make an intensive study of calculation method for requirement indexes weight of marine power plant based on rough analytic hierarchy process and verifies the research content instances of a certain type of calculation for requirement indexes weight of marine power plant. This will provide scientific guidance for calculation method for requirement indexes weight of marine power plant and so as to provide references for full use of the concept design of marine power plant with quality function deployment.
