Abstract :
This paper presents a multi-attribute group decision making method to the supplier selection problem. An analytical hierarchy process (AHP) method is used to weight the weighting and alternatives. Three MADM methods-SAW, WP and TOPSIS are used for synthetic decision. This paper formulates the equipment supplier selection process in the semiconductor industry as an MADM problem, and presents suitable methods for solving the problem.
